WMD - Web MicroRNA Designer

A web interface for the Weigel::Search and Weigel::RNA perl modules. This interface supports all the features of the modules and is easy to install and use.

Requirements

• You will need Vmatch (recommended) or Hypa

• A platform that is supported by Vmatch or Hypa (e.g. Linux and Mac OS X)
• Perl 5.8x
• Some Perl modules: Authen::Captcha, CGI::Application, Error, HTML::Template, Logfile::Rotate, MIME::Lite, Spreadsheet::WriteExcel, XML::Dumper, XML::Simple
• EMBOSS
• Vienna RNA
• mfold (optional)
• Latest stable BioPerl
• Apache 1.3 or Apache 2
• Apache mod_perl (optional, but recommended)
